Adams Middle School provides academic assistance for all students in many different ways:
- Homework Club is a voluntary after school program providing academic assistance for all students. Each homework club is staffed with a credentialed teacher and additional staff where possible. All Homework Clubs meet after school until 3:15 P.M. on Mondays and until 4 P.M. on Tuesdays through Thursdays.
- Homework Club for EL and Special Needs Students is available Monday through Thursday in Room 18.
- Math Tutoring is provided Mondays through Thursdays by different teachers. Each teacher will tutor at all levels of mathematics, such as Math 6, Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Algebra Readiness, and Geometry.
- The Library/Media Center is available after school for students who need access to resources, a computer, or a quiet place to complete assignments.
If you are interested in participating in Homework Club, please read the attached Homework Club Parent Letter and fill out the attached Homework Club Procedures and Behavioral Standards Concent Form and send it with the student when he/she first reports to the homework club.
